I had a really bad interview experience with Dialpad. I had three technical rounds for which i was told that they had received great feedback from the interviewers. Next, i had two managerial rounds. After these, the ghosting started. After sending several emails requesting feedback, i got the generic rejection email after 2 weeks. Giving 5 rounds is surely no joke, and the company should have the decency to atleast give a proper feedback as to why they are rejecting a particular candidate.
