Transparent work expectations, thoughtful interview questions, and a professional work environment. Questions were not all specifically related to the role but were more so relevant and applicable to work experience. It did not take long for the recruiter to get back to me.

I applied online with Indeed.com someone contacted me to schedule an interview. The interview was held which went really well(except lying about hours). Next was the background investigation. Once that cleared you would then go get a government issued badge and then you would be given your start date. All of that would take place after you were given an offer letter which I left out.

Interview
They scouted me from a Government contractor who was on the contract with them. They became the Prime and scouted the best of the best from the team who currently worked on the contract. I was skeptical at first because I was very happy with the company that I was with, but they have a 'homey/family' feel that made my decision that much easier. They are very good at making you feel important and valued as an employee.
