I applied online and they called me to interview over the phone. Once I passed the phone interview they told me to go to the store in person. At the store the interview took about 2 hours because they had me wait to introduce me to people. After the very long interview that I thought went really well (they even said I already felt like part of the family) they completely ghosted me.

Dress nicely. Very easy and they get to know you on a personal level. Seems like a great place to work. Long interview but was nice to get to know more about the company.
