One 45 minute interview with two employees.
This process was perhaps the most uncoordinated I have ever gone through. After the interview, I was contacted about a week later to ask my salary expectations and was told next steps were being prepared for me. After a month of radio silence, I was offered a job out of the blue. Due to having more promising opportunities potentially lined up, I asked for some time to consider the offer. We agreed that I would be able to let them know my intentions within 7 days. Not even 15 minutes later, I received a call saying I'd actually have to attend a 2nd interview. The individual I in contact with was somehow unable to perform the simple task of sending me a Google Meet link for the interview and ignored any of my suggested potential workarounds to the issue. On top of this, they also failed to clarify the time zone in which the interview was taking place, but this caused little conflict, fortunately.
The day of the interview, I still did not receive a Google Meet link and seemingly no one else I was in contact with who were conducting the interview were capable of doing so either. After an hour of phone tag, trying to suggest obvious ways in which we could rectify this problem, the interview was cancelled and I have since received no updates regarding my previous offer or on my general candidacy, despite reaching out for updates. An unpleasant, uncoordinated, and colossal waste of time.
