The interviewers behavior says a lot about the culture of DCS. I had a call with their hr, then she arranged a call with the a team lead and another interviewer. it was interesting in the beginning. they took the time to describe the product and had some questions about my experience. The team lead asked me some questions about java and spring. I got some of them and some I did not. I think he made up his mind after some questions and then suddenly decided to leave 15 mins before the end of the blocked time of the interview. he asked the other interviewer to continue with the interview which I only decided to stick for out of respect to the other interviewer. I lost interest and decided not to continue with the process afterwords.
