I applied through LinkedIn. Had a screening call with the recruiter who was very nice. This was followed by an interview with the manager, who seemed to rather focus on my weaknesses and language barrier as I am a non-Dutch speaker (she asked me: how do you plan to overcome the fact that we Dutch people just prefer to speak Dutch to eachother). I found that odd considering if fluency in Dutch was a prerequisite for the role, why are they interviewing me? Moreover if your operation is in English why does it matter if I (don't) speak Dutch?
Somehow passed that and had to do a personality questionnaire followed by a final meeting with the HR director. I was rejected on the final round due to me not having enough experience for the role, which was quite disappointing as I was clear about my experiences from the beginning of the interview process.
The whole process took around a month. I think it could have been handled a little better.
