Interview
There were three rounds. One with the recruiter, the second was two 30 minute interviews with different members of the teams, and the third was a 30 minute interview with a VP and Senior Director.

They asked about overall media experience and a good amount of general behavioral questions since it was an entry level role.

Interview
I was referred to a position. I didn't get an outline of any interview process or much information about the role other than the job listing, but I met with a head of HR. They weren't sure who I would report to. They seemed really unprepared for the interview, basically just read the job description main points and asked me to describe times I've done these things. When I asked for an outline of salary bands and company benefits, they didn't remember and just gave me the basic healthcare and 401k response. I thought the interview went well but didn't respond to any follow up emails from me and ghosted for 2 months, before sending me two decline emails.
I'd be wary of interviewing here.

Question 1
They read questions based off of the job listing and didn't seem to understand how Operations/Management works.
Had multiple interviews and while some employees seem nice, there wasn't a clear process of how many interviews were being held. Since it was a new role, I asked them how they expected this role to evolve in the next 6-12 months. They did not have an answer for me. Based on that response, I was no longer interested because it seemed unorganized from the amount of interviews I had and there was no clear direction. They also expected me to create a powerpoint slide without offering me the job.
