Interview
Multiple stages, including psychometric testing and an exhaustive case study request. All interviews went well, the case study that they requested was an extensive amount of work. Feedback given was that I might not be firm/tough enough when managing the team in a very high pressure environment with high demands on its teams.

They probed my management style a lot, keen to know how I deal with what they perceive as under performance. Whether I would fire or manage employees out of the business.
