The hiring process included an asynchronous questionnaire, an asynchronous technical assessment, and two rounds of interviews with management. Overall, the process was smooth and relatively quick. The company maintained excellent communication throughout, keeping me well-informed at every stage.

Quite a different and unfamiliar interview process, first an audio interview followed by an email writing and technical test and thereafter a formal interview. However, I can think more companies will adopt a similar process for screening candidates
