I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Diners Club International (Guayaquil) in Feb 2021
Interview
I was requested to fulfil several forms. I had to allow Diners Club screen my credit score and another sensitive information. I had three round-interviews. First, I met the HR analyst who profiled me during the call. Second, I met a senior recruitment partner who provide more details about the vacancy, employer expectations on prospective candidates and so on. Finally, I went to my last interview with CXO, however, he interrupted abruptly the interview and I got no feedback from the HR team.
