Interview
The point between application and interview was very short - just a couple of days. I was asked to fill out a second application and an aptitude test (they have a weird filing system so its kind of necessary). The interview itself took place on the sales floor with two managers asking questions. I was told they would start call backs in the next few days, but they called me that afternoon.

Question 1
I was asked on the application what kinds of plans I had for the next 12-36 months.
It was a group interview and basic questions were asked about availability and desired hours. If you had a previous job they asked you about what you did at that job.

Interview
I took a written test with some basic questions including Math. I met with the owner and a regional supervisor, the interview was laid back and the owner seemed to be a legitimately good guy.
