Disguise interview questions

Tried to work with their Human Resources Coordinator to schedule an interview. Every email I sent was met with a long delay on their side (5 days or more) eventually receiving some short notice scheduling of an interview like, "Can you come in tomorrow?" (sent around 5pm). There was a lot of back and forth of me providing my availability, not hearing anything in response, passing the date of what I provided in my availability, them coming back with a short notice interview, me being unable to make that time (as I'm currently employed), them coming back and asking for my availability (this is the only time they returned an email within a day), then me providing my availability and not hearing anything (again). I eventually laid out an entire week of times I could come in or do a phone interview and heard nothing the week I sent the email, or the following week I was available. The week after I got an email saying they moved onto another candidate.
