Applied in person, met with HR Manager who was bright, friendly and educated. Was then introduced to their Fleet Manager and scheduled to drive for a road test.

Question 1
Very thorough questioning by their HR Manager. She asked questions regarding my driving experience, types of trucks I've driven and loads I've hauled in the past. She asked a lot of safety oriented questions-it seems as they take safety seriously.

Interview
Pretty much sit down and talk about your driving history. Pretty relaxed interview, just show up on time. Also, be prepared for a driver's test in one of the trucks. They are all manual, but for the most part are pretty reliable smooth rides.
