I applied online through a jobsite and within a few hours, was contacted by email to set up an interview, which was 3 days later. At the interview, I got a tour, they showed me how they used their booking system, and then I met the CEO and interviewed with her. It was an OK experience but the whole atmosphere felt tense. They were definitely dedicated to customer service but the front desk girls seemed like they were micromanaged and stressed. They were definitely being monitored, as the CEO had the front desk cameras displayed when I went to interview with her.
