Interview
The initial interview was at a coffee shop, the owners are super easy to impress, the management team was clearly looking for somebody fresh that they would not have to pay a large salary and it took a very limited time before receiving a very low offer, which I took due to desperation.

Interview
Was a joke... Initially interviewed by Dan Couvrette, given the job, then told I had to be interviewed by two others. Passed that with flying colours as the second interview was easier that the first as they were with two people unqualified to interview for my position. Once this was completed then the job was offered to me. I noticed that this is their modus operandi after I joined the company.
In a small company like ours, any person hired for a specific job will impact other departments and employees. We believe in team, and welcome input, hence our hiring process.
