The interview was fairly easy. I walked in and filled out an app and was interviewed on the spot, though I waited for a bit. Apparently there's usually a second round with the GM but I was hired without having to do that.

Interview
You need to fill out an application, and meet with two managers. The first being a manager lower on the totem pole, then usually the general manager. It is fairly casual.
