I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign in May 2018
Interview
Their recruitment has a hiring process that is unconventional, and not in a good way. After initial contact it took at least a couple proactive follow-ups by myself with their recruiter to nail down a date and time for the interview with him. The phone interview went great as everything discussed seems to match up perfectly and I was informed to wait while he scheduled the phone interview with the hiring manager, and then he went radio silent for at least a week regardless of periodic follow-up over email.
The following week I receive an invite to attend their CSM hiring social the next week, then I reply asking about the status of the aforementioned interview with the hiring manager, where I finally receive a response that they've been trying to coordinate with the hiring manager since she's been out of office. So I go ahead and sign up for the prospective CSM social to meet with the leadership and others.
The hiring social comprised of all the CSM new hire competition, whom were in attendance to listen to Docusign's department leadership in a panel format. After the panel finished the leadership group was mobbed by many of the prospects, which left the remaining folks to socialize with their competition. The feeling here is the recruiter and team leaders wanted to meet and speak to the prospects in person, but the one to many format didn't seem to work out for many of the applicants.
I spoke to one of their existing CSMs during the event and they did not seem to have a good grasp of their designated roles. Which led me to believe that the role will be implementing new practices and strategies and moving on from previous ones.
After the event I sent a thank you reply to the recruiter, whom again told me to stand by for next steps. I proceed to follow up via email once a week thereafter.
Weeks later, I get a short email from the recruiter mentioning that they will be moving on with more aligned applicants... So the scheduling of interview with the hiring manager falls through completely? And my resume and first interview that matches their search criteria to the tee doesn't cut it? I can't help but to feel this has turned into a severely unfair situation.

I applied online. I interviewed at Docusign (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2022
Interview
Virtual and very good experience overall though they were vague about how many interviews their were a every time I thought I was done they’d schedule two more. Everyone was nice though and it was very conversational.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (New York, NY)
Interview
Seamless and enjoyable interview process. Both the lead recruiter and recruiting coordinator were incredibly accessible and transparent about the process and keeping me updated. Entire process took about 2 weeks with 4 calls and one presentation. Everyone I met with was energetic and took the time to understand my background and answer all questions DocuSign! This by far was the most efficient interview process I’ve been a part of.
