Good process. Usual as expected from tech company of this size. Initial conversation with recruiter and then a call with hiring manager. Follow up conversations again with the hiring manager.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Docusign in Mar 2021
Interview
I had a recruiter screen. She didn’t tell me about the job they were hiring for, only wanted to know what I was currently doing. She asked for my current salary without disclosing the range they offer. This is a big red flag when it seems they think your value is based on your previous salary and the transparency doesn’t go both ways. The recruiter didn’t openly tell about the job, even after asking for more information.
It almost seemed like she had made up her mind before the call so I wasn’t given a chance to tell about my experience. I didn’t get a good feeling about the company in general which is a huge shame as I’ve only heard good things about Docusign.
This is a disappointing review to read and certainly not the experience we want you to have. If you are open to sharing more, please email Nic.Jagoe@docusign.com our VP of Talent Acquisition.
