None. There was no interview process. I had visited their booth at the career fair and submitted my resume. I had mentioned my major at the booth and there was no communication from my part after that point. After few weeks students were notified via email about rejection or were called a month later to inform that they were selected.

Interview
HR was quick and professional. The Finance interviewers were uneducated, sexist and classless. I consider it an affront to the name of this prestigious bank to have this calibre of people working in their Finance team.
