I was a cashier for a couple of years and then I got the opportunity to become an ASM, I was in training for around 2 months, after that the process took around 3 more weeks for background check and required info. I am now an ASM for Dollar Tree.

Interview was too easy. Interviewer did not give me all of the details about the position. Interviewer let me know the top pay and they wanted me right away but the hiring supervisor asked her to get me to take a very low number for this role.
The interview process was professional, The store manager seemed nice. I though this would be a decent place to work. After being offered the job and accepting. The District Manager instead fill the position with his own applicant without ever notifying me.

They asked about my experience from my last job at a small Tulsa wholesaler.
In person interview of over 30 min with manager after call interview of 5 to 10 min. They call after few days if you are selected. Multiple questions were asked mostly situation based.
