In person interview for an hour. Interview was a mix of behavioural questions and personality questions, but didn't seem to reflect the job. Applied when the job posting came out, but didn't get scheduled for an interview until a month later. Interviewer was really nice and said I gave a strong impression. Said I'll hear back about a second interview regardless of their decision, but was ghosted.
