Pretty simple. Was referred by HR to a position and had an interview that was generally behavioral with an ask about interest in energy. Was generally quick with returning results but did provide pretty heavy exploding offer.

Four men, I was the only woman. Not very welcoming but all and all a decent interview process. Just inform yourself about the company and the way the role you are applying for works and you’ll be fine.

star method, panel interview . One HR person, a director, and two managers from different teams. Very nice but ask tougher questions such as how to deal with coworkers if you dont get along etc
