The interview process was quite fast and relaxed. I was referred by a friend for the position. I was interviewed in a group setting first, and then individually. During the interview process, the regional manager oriented us around the store, introduced us to the team and shared the Company's mission and vision.

Can you tell me a bit about your previous experience?
they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
