Interview
One online interview, three rounds on-site with the team and a few follow up calls with HR. Online interview as a first for me and was a little odd for me personally. First round on-site was with other Customer Success Managers, second round with the team manager, and final round with COO of the company.

Simple and straightforward, clear path to success and guidance provided at each step of the process. Nice caring people who are very transparent in what they are looking for in a candidate.

Give us an example of one of your a failure as a CSM and how did you cope with it?
The interview consisted of three separate interviews with the team manager and two Customer Success Managers on the team. They were very easy to talk to and it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

Interview
Call with recruiter followed by a call with the hiring manager. After that round I met onsite with some people from the team, the hiring manager, and the head of the department. About a week later I met with the VP. The recruiter was great at keeping me in the loop on next steps. Everyone made me feel welcome and were very open and transparent about the great things and the challenges in the department.
