A telephone interview was conducted, followed by an interpersonal interview with the Manager three days later. I was given two week to get situated before I started my first day of employment.

How would you handle an employee that is having a bad day and is insubordinate towards you.
Phone interview followed by a on site interview consisting of a panel of team leads. A packet of questions were provided when you first sit down in the interview room .
Three interviews altogether.
one on one then 2 panel interviews with immediate managers and the leadership team of that group.
Overall great interactions, interviewers were very friendly and the process went smoothly
