The interview process was gruesome unprofessional no follow up and a complete waste of time. Absolutely no follow up appeared to rush yet take over an hour just to say we’ll follow back up so unprofessional

Interview
I originally applied for a customer service position. A recruiter reached out via email to ask if I would consider a phone interview for the Quality position. I agreed and was offered a panel interview on February 14, 2018. The questions were all situational and prior experience. I must say the panel interview is a bit outdated and intimidating. However majority of the managers present were warm and friendly. There was one manager present that seem to keep a poker face and wore her dissatisfaction on her face the entire interview. She was hardly attentive to my responses. If hired I would’ve been taking over her previous role. She asked a question about me pursuing secondary education that was unrelated to the interview. When I answered she showed a look of disgust. I left feeling very discouraged. After five days I received an email from the recruiter that stated
“At this time we have decided to pursue other candidates who are more qualified for this position. We encourage you to review other open positions at our career site. We wish you the best of success in your career search.”
I didn’t even apply for the position I was chosen to interview. Every application I have submitted since then is automatically rejected.
