It was very casual. A manager just asked about my availability to try and match it with the restaurant's schedule and if I had any previous work experience at a similar job.
sent email for cv, called for interview and went in, informal interview in person, standard interview questions about working in a restaurant, offered position on spot, explained salary and benefits and hours working.
