Long. But that's the new normal in tech. Recruiter screen, hiring manager, technical exam and then 3 - 30min team/review technical exam calls.
If you are not selected per the Doordash Policy - they do not provide any feedback. Kinda a bummer when you've invested 15+ hours into a technical exam and interview prep to not know WHY you got selected. Hard to improve if you don't have that info.
Overall the comp for the role was not market wages, usually, these roles are like 130-150k.

They ask lots of the usual Tell me about a time when.... questions. If you were to google a list, and create a tight STAR framework it would serve you well here.

4 rounds of interviews + analytics exercise. Very responsive. Strange ending to the process when they asked for references but took a week to get back to me. Everyone I interviewed with was very professional.
