A woman recruiter call me to set an interview, we agreed to have the call on certain date and time. Then when the day came I never had a call back I contacted her via LinkedIn to know if we can have either a phone call or an Skype call, no reply. Then 2 days later she replied that she was disappointed that I never answered her calls, I replied to her that I didn't have any calls and I tried to contact her via LinkedIn but I was disappointed that she didn't replied, then again she replied that she had the day off and she didn't had to be checking LinkedIn. I am disappointed becuase I reserved the time and for her to blame me when she didn't call and refuse responsability are red flags on a recruiter person. Please keep in mind that the recruiters represents the company in the first place. I would not like to be working for a company with persons with this kind behavior.
