I applied online, and received response within a few days. First stage was a Telephonic Interview which lasted about 20 minutes where they Introduced their company and asked about me and my Interests in the field I applied for. The next stage was a Technical Telephonic interview with the CTO which also lasted around 15-20 minutes.
