There was a vacancy for my role. So I have applied to that vacancy. First had telephoic discussion. Later had personal discussion with head of the department. Discussion went very well, asked about my doctoral, post doctoral studies and work at drug discovery research.

It was very nice: First happened the telephonic interview and then followed by one more telephonic interview with senior person of the same company and finally formal interview happened with Vice president of the company
