Started off with the basic 1st round
General question related to the resume, past work experience, basically testing the domain knowledge.
Second round is the core Technical round
scenario based questions on backup, simple troubleshooting.
Also questions based on your previous work experience.
Questions on Virtualization, performance monitoring, AD, SCCM, deployment, networking, DNS, Mac OS, Linux etc.
Third round was the HR Round.
Questions like why you are looking out of a change / why'd you leave your last company.
what drives you / motivates you
Compensation discussion.
Fourth round was with the manager.
Getting a clearer Idea of the process and the kind of work they expect from you.

Written test was not related to the domain, nothing was asked about AD, SCCM or remote support. More question on Linux, MAC, IP Address, some processors and Networking. They have also asked to write an essay(minimum 600 words) on some given topics like Demonetisation, Virat or Dhoni (better caption), etc
