Dubai Petroleum interview questions

The interview was conducted through zoom call. The interview panle had 2 personnel. One was the senior manager operations and other was HR person. The interview was technical in nature and lasted for 1.5 hours. For my position I was surprised that they were not interested in knowing and evaluation my leadership challenges and skills.
