Group interview with multiple applicants and several interviewers. Half of the applicants go into private interviews with one or two interviewers. After the interviewers finish with one half of the applicants, they are switched around so that the other half can be interviewed in private.

Interview
After attending a university recruiting session in the fall, I applied online the following day. When I hadn't heard anything back in two months, I was a little discouraged, but there was a spring recruiting session, which I also attended. After asking the recruiter about my status, I received an update the very next day. Two days later, I traveled to Charlotte for a general purpose (non-technical) and received my offer three days later.
