It was surprisingly just one interview. I think they skipped the first phone screening. That one I had was a panel interview. I was asked to do a presentation about one faulty of the school. Then they asked around 10 behavioral questions.

just standard behavioural questions. some centered around the position, for example, if you don't bring enough viewbooks for a recruitment fair, how would you do?
The interview was between myself as well as the Associate Dean and executive Dean of the faculty. I was asked about questions about my background in science as well as my experience abroad having done my post graduate degree overseas, a second part of the interview was giving a mini teach on a subject matter of my choosing that was within the courses I might be teaching

It was a panel interview with a 10-minute presentation to introduce the program, based on my understanding. After the presentation, the panel asked follow-up and situational questions, giving me the chance to expand on my ideas and connect them to the role.
