Easy. They dont check backgrounds. They will half train you....classes are easy you are given the test answers...you will drive and crash if you are not careful. The training is poor only work there if you are a seasoned professional bus driver.

Interview is a process, takes time to finish the whole process, besides take tests, going for physicals test and drug test and then wait until training time is available. Its about a whole month process to even start the job.

Interview
All applicants are almost guaranteed to get hired if you qualify. Disqualifiers include certain criminal arrests/convictions and driving history that consists of serious driving violations, multiple minor violations, or accidents. Lots of employees have left for other employment opportunities but eventually come back (the grass is not always greener....).
