Interview
I applied in the spring of 2018. Very simple interview, just be yourself. Expect to get the job, because they rarely reject someone. There are 2 parts to the interview, the first being a get to know you, very simple questions. Next is the more specific interview, asks you what you would do in this situation, etc.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Dutch Wonderland (Lancaster, PA) in May 2018
Interview
The process was easy and every body who showed up was in a booth individually with an employee from the park. The questions were not hard to answer and very simple.
The interview process was extremely informal and conducted as a group interview. The managers seemed very nice but the interview was more or less just explaining what is expected on the job.
