Dynapps interview questions

Two months of process for this? I’d like to share a particularly disappointing experience with the recruitment process at Dynapps. It all started on April 17, with a first exchange that went smoothly. I quickly completed a technical test, for which I received very positive feedback I was even praised for my "great skills." Then came the interviews with two recruiters. Although the job title and required language were both French, I found myself speaking to two people with poor English, which made the conversation unclear and confusing. Despite that, I moved on to the next stage. Next was a face-to-face interview with the manager of Dynapps Namur. Again, the feedback was very positive. I felt the exchange went well, even though one of his older colleagues was noticeably impolite and made some condescending comments in an attempt to destabilize me and test my reactions. Then... complete silence. Two weeks later, I was finally contacted for an interview with the HR director. That interview was postponed, then canceled, with no real explanation. Finally, on June 6 — nearly two months after the process began — I received a short phone call: "Sorry, we found someone else." No consideration for the time invested, nor for the commitment of a candidate actively looking for a job. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a company that claims to be professional. Better communication, basic respect, and human recruitment practices should be the standard not the exception.
