You apply online and you are then phoned by management. He will talk briefly to you and then invite you to the office for an interview. The interview is quick and easy.

Interview was informal went in and it was like an induction which was okay. Asked no questions about availability or start date ,after i wasted my time coming to the interview made me do a pointless phone interview again the nrxt day when i could have just done it at the place and made the process uneccessarily long.
