Got called by the HR person, a really open and friendly guy who was really kind and tried to make a pleasant environment. The interview itself was very easy and they did not ask any hard questions.

First one is very quick, to get to know you and your motivation.
Second one is on the field to see how they do their job.
Third one is back at the office to confirm that you understood what they are doing and that you are up for it.
