Interview
Very extensive interviewing process. Two individual interviews and one panel interview. This worked well for hiring employees that are a good fit for the company culture. After I was hired the company started interviewing professional applicants with a psychologist to determine if their personality would be a good fit for the company culture. This seemed to work well for sometime but lately there has been more turnover in the company then in past years.
