ECA Program Manager interview questions

Very unprofessional experience. They blew off (forgot?) the first interview, rescheduled the 2nd interview on a holiday, and blew off (again!) 3rd interview. They were fairly apologetic about these occurrences, but never owned them/took responsibility ("miscommunications", etc.). Judging from the other reviews of the interview process, I would pass on a job here. Their credentials seem to be a stretch--to associate with other successful firms (they list the logos and names of other successful firms on their web site).
