Two stage, one informal and one formal in the office including a presentation. The presentation was unprofessional, they gave me three days to prepare and then said I don't need to actually present it but talk through what I did - why make me prepare it then?? Then I received an extremely vague outcome email saying I've not been successful and if I want more information I can get in touch with them!! No phone calls or even a personal email to say "sorry and here's why..." It's not very professional. But neither are the staff. ECL were the care provider for my grandfather and their staff stole £35 from him, an elderly disabled man who trusts these people in his home, and they've not repaid him. Avoid.
