After applying on Indeed, I was email to come in for a interview. The interview was a sit down with the lead engineer. We discussed the job for about a half hour and then it was done.

It's pretty easy to get hired and the process went very smooth every can get it if you are really passionate about construction and geotechnical knowledge and we should have a degree in construction related fields
