One interview took less than 1 hr. Met with project director. No really difficult questions asked, the company is more concerned with your overall physical ability to perform the duties of the position, i.e being able to lift 50 lbs etc. walking standing for long periods of time etc. If hired, you are required to attend sensitivity classes, (strict guidelines are in place for civilian interaction with military personnel). Uniforms are issued and a begin date is selected. All new employees begin on standby status and the on-call times are limiting but it doesn't usually take too long to receive permanent classification.
