Interview
Sat down with all of the lead project engineers and discussed the position and my background in concrete and formwork design. The whole interview process was about an hour long but it felt like it went by fast. Everyone is very personable.

I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EFCO
Interview
Met some management at a job fair. Very friendly and down to earth. Really took the time to talk and get to know you. After that there was a personality test online to see how you fit in your role. If you matched HRs requirements they would set up an interview. If the first interview went well you go to a second where you take a logic and basic engineering test. Low key, down to earth process overall
