EFFECT Photonics Product Engineer - NPI interview questions

Hiring process was very slow. Applies last week of May. After a month, got an interview with HR. 2 months after the interview with HR and 2 follow-ups, got a response that my application wasn't successful. If you don't have photonics technology background, which by the way wasn't included on the job requirements they posted, I discourage you to apply even if you have the skills listed on their requirements. Else, wait 3 months just to receive rejection :) :) :)
