EFFECT Photonics Process Engineer interview questions

Had an initial video interview with the HR located in Netherlands. Comes back to me in just over a week and says you are our top candidate and we are really interested in hiring you, even after telling them I already accepted another offer who were quick and treated me like I am their first choice. Was asked to have a phone call with the hiring manager to see if it can influence my decision and better understand the role, but the hiring manager never called at an agreed date and time. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Seems like there is a communication gap between NL and UK branches. Don’t take this company seriously.
