ELSA, Corp interview questions

The process is quick and straightforward. There are 4 rounds: HR, line manager, higher manager, a take home test and then another round to review it. Hiring team are nice and professional, they get back in 1-2 days, appreciate it especially when some other companies take 2 3 weeks to get back nowadays.

I had the opportunity to meet with all the major stakeholders as a part of the interview process. This included the Founders and the Vice Presidents, who were based in Europe and North America. I was lucky enough to meet some of these stakeholders face-to-face, while other discussions were conducted virtually.
