Worse interview I ever had.
The woman was so negative and sarcastic. I was being so bubbly and nice but her energy and comments really put me off. Then she gave me their booklet and tried to shove me out the door I literally chunked it in the bin straight after.
Such a shame as the director was lovely but team is horrible.
first stage telephone interview was with the MD - very straightforward.
was invited for the first face to face intevriew with the team leader, then MD and then the commercial director. incredibly charismatic, very informative and made me feel relaxed and i really enjoyed speaking to them.
was invited for a final interview where there was a 30 minute cv and job description match assessment, then two meetings with the staff and a final meeting with the MD.
Super friendly, punctual and an amazing experience from start to the offer made. looking forward to starting my new venture!
